She said that Willis was the target of a plot by Republicans to use her private life to hurt her public one. She went too far with her public defence.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-3\">\n<div id=\"M861429ScriptRootC1620087\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>According to what the singer and actress wrote on X, Willis only did something wrong because she wanted a private relationship with Nathan Wade, the assistant prosecutor she hired to help her look into Trump and the 18 other people they have charged with racketeering related to Georgia\u2019s 2020 election results. Why do you want to? You mean you don\u2019t think it\u2019s possible for a woman to have a personal life besides her job? Men do it all the time! How on earth is this so silly? The following Monday, Streisand said.<\/p>\n<p>Willis, the District Attorney who is going after Trump for trying to change the outcome of the election in Georgia, is being picked on by Trump and his supporters. She is seeing one of the lawyers involved in the case on a personal level.<\/p>\n<p>As for the facts of the case and Trump\u2019s clear attempt to put pressure on the Secretary of State to \u201cfind\u201d more votes for him and bring fake electors before Congress, this has nothing to do with any of those things.
